Before & After Instructions

At Goddess Within Spa, because we want you to have the best possible results, we recommend following these instructions. 

*24 hours before your appointment:

Avoid alcohol

No aspirin

No blood thinners

*7 days before your appointment

No vitamin E

No B6

No omega 3

No ginko biloba

No St John's Wort

Taking this can contribute to blood thinning, which leads to excessive bleeding during the treatment and will effect your results. You may resume your normal routine 72 hours after your procedure.

*Day of your appointment

No caffeine

No products or makeup on your face

*After your appointment

Apply aftercare twice a day for 5-7 days

Do not get your brows wet for 5-7 days

Don not rub, pick or scratch until your brows are healed

No saunas, swimming, excessive sweating until the area is completely healed.

If your brows get itchy, gently tap to release the itch, DO NOT SCRATCH.

Avoid daily skin care products with glycolic, salicylic, retinol and skin lightening agents anywhere around the eyes and eyebrow area.

Be patient.

We strictly adhere to AAM, SPCP an Nassau County Dept of Health guidelines for proper infection control practices and follow all state and county regulations.
