If you do not follow our terms and conditions , including our aftercare suggestions, we will not be liable for anything that may go wrong with your procedure and we have the right to cancel any treatment in the future. We reserve the right to refuse our services. 

Every Permanent makeup treatment is 2 sessions. The second session or the “perfecting” session as we call it is to not change the shape or color of initial treatment, but if you wish to do so, you may be charged accordingly. 

We cannot guarantee successful results on 100% of our clients especially those with problem skin and we do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us. 

Please book your follow up appointment at the end of your first session. 48 hours is the minimum time required to transfer an appointment to another date and time. Failure to not do so in the time frame allotted the result will be the loss of your deposit.
